Established in 1949, Merchants Credit Bureau (MCB) is a full Service Agency, offering collection services to many clients including large and small, public and private companies in most states.

MCB Collections is a fully qualified, licensed and bonded collection agency, registered in the State of Georgia, and a network of forwarding agencies across the county.

 

Mission Statement

Merchants Credit Bureau's objective is to build a partnership with each client to develop a plan to reduce days sales outstanding and maximize dollars collected. We will use all of our resources and expertise to provide you exceptional services. If your debtors are repeat customers, you can count on us to ensure that your current customer relationships remain intact. It is not our money; it is yours. We succeed only when we collect it for you.

    MCB handles all types of dept: Business to Business, Business to Consumer, or Medical Accounts

  • Skip Tracing

    We have the resources to locate deliquent debtors who have relocated or reported incorrect, pertinent information to you.

  • Credit Reporting

    We provide information to all commercial and consumer credit reporting agencies in regard to deliquent accounts - at no cost to our clients.

  • Litigation

    With written authorization from out clients, we will pursue debtors through the courts in order to settle disputes in regards to bad debts. Suit is entered in our name.

    We provide you with an accurate progress report of your accounts, and we offer competitive rates that are comparable to other agencies. Our recovery rates are measurably higher, based on the average rates as documented by ACA International.
