Utilizing the latest technology, collections agency programs, and a highly skilled team of professionals, we are changing the way that collection agencies operate. Our purpose is to customize a program for each of our clients that will dramatically increase the monies recovered from past due accounts, as well as decrease the amount of time accounts are outstanding.

All staff is monitored on a daily basis. Compliance is achieved by quality control testing to ensure we are following all state laws in regards to debt collection. In addition, this office monitors Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), which is the Federal legislation governing debt collection. Commercial and Consumer

  • Collections
    MCB     handles all types of dept: Business to Business, Business to Consumer, or Medical Accounts. Progress reports are automatically sent to our clients monthly, quarterly, or bi-annually. You can use our secure online tools for viewing our work effort, down to the account level.

  • Electronic Data Transmission
    We are in the process of accepting referrals electronically. Accounts can be submitted directly to MCB via e-mail, Excel spreadsheet, Adobe, or via our website.

  • Skip Tracing

    We have the resources to locate deliquent debtors who have relocated or reported incorrect, pertinent information to you.

  • Credit Reporting

    We provide information to all commercial and consumer credit reporting agencies in regard to deliquent accounts - at no cost to our clients.

  • Litigation

    Litigation capabilities are part of the overall services available to our clients. An account is considered for litigation at a point when all other attempts to collect the debt have proven unsuccessful. The client is contacted for authorization to enter suit. The account, being assigned to our agency, is entered in our name.
